Hotel Reservation Procedure

Individual attendees are responsible for their own guestroom charges and incidentals. Reservations will require a one-night deposit. Should you need to cancel your reservation you will have up to 72 hours prior to arrival to cancel. Room reservation cancellations will incur a $30 fee. Attendees must identify themselves as being part of Association of State Uniform Crime Reporting Programs to ensure the special rate.

The room rate is $102 per night. This rate is only applicable the nights of Monday 11/13 through Thursday 11/16.

You must reserve a room by 11/1/2023 for the ASUCRP Conference. After the cutoff date, attendees are able to book into the block using the booking link, at a higher rate. If the block sells out prior the cutoff date – the link will remain open and offer hotel’s primary inventory with 15% discount applied to our prevailing online rates.

Letter of Authorization (LOA) and Tax Exempt: Kalahari Resorts & Conventions does not accept Letters of Authorization forms, Tax Exemption forms, or Purchase Orders at the hotel check-in. These forms should be submitted no later than 7 days in advanced to us at dellscallcenterfax@kalahariresorts.com or fax them to (608) 254-6116. We highly suggest that attendees submit these forms at minimum two weeks in advanced prior to the hotel check in so our team can process in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure may result in full room and tax charges to the attendees on their individual credit cards. Group Instructions on Business Checks:

Guests are required to mail the district/school/company check at minimum two (2) weeks prior to arrival (personal checks are not accepted). They are to be sent to Kalahari Round Rock (3001 Kalahari Blvd Round Rock, TX 78665), Attn: Maribeth Galarpe – Finance with reservation confirmation numbers, first/last name, and payment instructions. We welcome prepayment with Purchase Orders as well.

Transportation Options

Kalahari does not provide shuttle service. The taxi/uber/lyft fare is approximately $40 USD (one-way) from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to October 31, 2023, will receive a refund of registration costs, not to include credit card processing fee. Cancellation after October 31, 2023 is nonrefundable.
