Room Reservation Procedure

Guests may also call in to make their reservations if preferred. To call in, please contact the following number 414-935-5940 and state the reservation is for the following: ASUCRP Conference or Group Code: 97H.

The room rate is $140 (not including taxes) per night.

Individual attendees are responsible for their own guestroom charges and incidentals. All reservations must be guaranteed and reserved with a major credit card. The cutoff date to make reservations at the group rate is Monday, October 13th, 2025. Free room cancellation before 11:59 PM local hotel time on 01 Nov 2025.

Hilton Milwaukee offers the group rate 3 days pre and post conference, based on availability at the time of request. To book pre or post conference dates, change the date selection in the reservation link.

Transportation Options

The Hilton Milwaukee does not provide shuttle service. The taxi/Uber/Lyft fare is approximately $25 USD (one-way) from Milwaukee Mitchell International Airport. Self-parking at the Hilton Milwaukee is available at a rate of $38.00 per day, valet is not available.

Registration Information

The registration fee includes two events (Welcome & Evening) and all meals (3 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 breaks) per day.

Single day registration fee includes all meals and breaks for that day.

You may purchase additional meals for friends or family members that will be traveling with you for $50.00 per meal/event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to Monday, October 20, 2025, will receive a refund of registration costs, not to include credit card processing fee. Cancellation after Monday, October 20, 2025, is nonrefundable.

Vendor Sponsorship

All vendors who wish to attend, must select a sponsorship package. The package will include the cost of attendance and meals. Select the applicable link to register for attendance (cost is listed below). After registration you will be contacted by the ASUCRP Board to register the individual attendees.
