Room Reservation Procedure

Select the following link to reserve a room: ASUCRP 2024 Conference- Delta Hotel Downtown; Must reserve your room via this link and NOT directly through the Delta Hotel website.

The room rate is $149 (not including taxes) per night.

Individual attendees are responsible for their own guestroom charges and incidentals. All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Should you need to cancel your reservation you will have up to 48 hours prior to arrival to cancel. After that time the penalty is one night’s room and tax to the card on file for the reservation.

Delta Hotel offers the group rate 3 days pre and post conference, based on availability at the time of request. Attendees must contact the hotel directly at  804-226-3000 with the confirmation number and request the additional dates.

Transportation Options

The Delta Hotel does not provide shuttle service. The taxi/uber/lyft fare is approximately $20 USD (one-way) from Richmond International Airport.

Registration Information

The registration fee includes two events and all meals (3 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 breaks) per day. These items are included for both general and vendor attendees.

Single day registration fee includes all meals and breaks for that day.

You may purchase additional meals for friends or family members that will be traveling with you for $50.00 per meal/event.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to Monday, September 30, 2024, will receive a refund of registration costs, not to include credit card processing fee. Cancellation after Monday, September 30, 2024, is nonrefundable.
