Room Reservation Procedure
Select the following link to reserve a room: ASUCRP 2026 SILVER LEGACY ROOM RESERVATIONS; Must reserve your room via this link and NOT directly through the hotel website.
If you prefer to phone in your reservation, please call the Reservation Center at 1-800-CAESARS to secure a reservation on your group block. The Group Name is ASUCRP Annual Conference or callers may state the group code: SRASU6.
The room rate is $86 (not including taxes) per night. Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Individual attendees are responsible for their own guestroom charges and incidentals. All reservations must be guaranteed and reserved with a major credit card. The cutoff date to make reservations at the group rate is Monday, September 28th, 2026.Free cancellation is available if completed at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
Silver Legacy Reno offers the group rate 3 days pre and post conference, based on availability at the time of request. To book pre or post conference dates, contact them via phone at 1-800-CAESARS.

Please complete this form in its entirety, include all requested documentation, and fax it at least 10 days prior to check-in to allow time for processing.
Transportation Options
Complimentary shuttle service is provided by The Row (Circus Circus, Eldorado, and Silver Legacy). The shuttle operates from 4:30 AM to 12:15 AM in 30 minute intervals. Pick-up available in the general airport shuttle area.
The taxi/Uber/Lyft fare is approximately $30USD (one-way) from Reno-Tahoe International Airport.
Free self-parking is available at the Silver Legacy. Valet parking is $15 per vehicle.

Registration Information
The registration fee includes two events (Welcome & Evening) and all meals (3 breakfast, 2 lunches, 2 breaks) per day.
Single day registration fee includes all meals and breaks for that day.
You may purchase additional meals for friends or family members that will be traveling with you for $50.00 per meal/event.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to Monday, September 14, 2026, will receive a refund of registration costs, not to include credit card processing fee. Cancellation after Monday, September 14, 2026, is nonrefundable.

Vendor Sponsorship

All vendors who wish to attend, must select a sponsorship package. The package will include the cost of attendance and meals. Select the applicable link to register for attendance (cost is listed below). After registration you will be contacted by the ASUCRP Board to register the individual attendees.
