The conference rate for rooms is $112.00 plus applicable sales tax, ($127.32 per night). You will need to make your reservations prior to 6:00 PM Saturday October 21, 2019 to get this conference rate. Please note this conference rate is also available for 3 days before and 3 days after the conference.

Individual attendees are responsible for their own guestroom charges and incidentals. First night deposit is due at time of reservation. Attendees must identify themselves as being part of Association of State Uniform Crime Reporting Programs to ensure the special rate. Deposit is fully refundable up to 5 day(s) prior to the scheduled day of arrival. Guests may call to make individual reservations at: (888) 236-2427 or (843) 681-4000.

Transportation Options:

The Westin Hilton Head Island Resort does not provide shuttle service. The estimated taxi fare is $16 USD (one-way) from The Hilton Head Island Airport. The estimated taxi fare from the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport is $80 USD (one-way).

Registration is closed.

Early registration has the reduced fee of $500 (for the State Program Manager) or $550.00 for additional attendees if you register before October 21, 2019. After October 21, 2019 the fee will increase by $25.00. The registration fee includes 6 meals (3 breakfasts, 3 lunches) and all breaks. You may purchase additional meals for friends or family members that will be traveling with you.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to November 12, 2019 will receive a refund of registration costs, not to include credit card processing fee. Cancellation after November 12, 2019 is nonrefundable.
